What is Burgos Lockers?
Burgos Lockers is an automated service that offers the possibility of renting any of its lockers for specific periods of time 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you can move freely around the city
Do I have to book in advance?
Yes, reservations must be made in advance and will be valid during the dates indicated. So it can also be done at the last minute, at the moment you need them. Or make it in advance when you are planning your trip, it's up to you!
At the door of our locations you will have a QR code to facilitate access to the website to make the reservation
What type of lockers do we offer?
Burgos Lockers offers three types of lockers:
Size M: measuring 368 mm (height) x 474 mm (width) x 580 mm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately 1 cabin suitcase + 1 bag
Size L: measuring 462 mm (height) x 474 mm (width) x 580 mm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately 2 cabin suitcases or a suitcase + a backpack
Size XL: measuring 846 mm (height) x 474 mm (width) x 580 mm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately 1 large suitcase + 1 cabin suitcase + 1 backpack, or 4 cabin suitcases
Do I have to book online?
Yes, you must book through our website, as it is not possible to pay in cash at the facilities. The booking process takes only 1 minute and our website is fully adapted to cell phones and tablets
It looks easy and convenient, but is it safe?
Yes, absolutely. In Burgos Lockers we care about the security of your luggage to offer you total peace of mind so you can enjoy moving freely around the city.
The establishment keeps the door closed 24 hours a day, being only possible to open the electronic lock with the security code obtained after the reservation, thus preventing anyone from entering the premises freely.
In addition, the premises are protected by 24-hour video surveillance cameras with a security system.
The lockers are of the latest generation, so they are made of ultra-resistant materials and have anti-vandalism locks
Prices
The prices applicable to each type of locker are those indicated on the website on the dates of the order. All prices shown include VAT. Burgos Lockers reserves the right to modify prices at any time depending on market conditions
Is my luggage insured?
Burgos Lockers has taken out an insurance policy in favor of the Users. In the unlikely event of an incident on the premises, the policy covers losses due to damage and/or theft up to a maximum per suitcase (a police report must be filed)
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, cell phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images.
Please note that your travel documents as well as personal documentation (passport, driver's license, ID card, etc.) are stored at your own risk and responsibility.

What can I bring inside my locker?
You can bring all the packages that fit inside the rented locker, with the exception of prohibited items. Remember that at Burgos Lockers you pay per rented locker, not per package, so you can bring in all the packages that fit in your locker.
It is forbidden to deposit goods to be picked up by a third party. Lockers must not be used as a means of trafficking in goods between parties. This use is not authorized by Burgos Lockers
What is forbidden to store inside my locker?
All objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or in any way degrading to human beings, etc.)
Objects whose possession requires a license, without such license or authorization (such as, for example, weapons and/or ammunition).
Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances)
Animals of any kind or any other type of living thing
No food may be inserted in the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odors of any kind on the premises
How are the lockers used?
The lockers offered through Burgos Lockers are fully automatic. You can make your reservation through our web page www.lockersburgos.com, indicating, in addition to your personal data, the number of lockers you wish to rent, their size and the reservation period. Once the booking is completed, you will receive the confirmation of the booking, the number of the reserved locker(s) and the security code to access the premises
Therefore, you will access the store and your locker through the security codes provided by Burgos Lockers when you make your reservation
Once I have deposited my belongings, can I open my locker again?
Once I have deposited my belongings, can I open my locker again? You can access your rented locker as many times as you wish or need during the locker rental period. Therefore, if you have forgotten something, want to add more items or need to access your locker during the rental period, you can do so without any problem
Remember that at the end of the reservation time, the locker is released -not open- and another customer can reserve it, so we advise that if you provide that you are not going to arrive on time, the reservation is extended
What can I do if I have an incident with the locker?
In case of breakdown, blockage or any other type of incident in the use of the locker, you have at your disposal the assistance service of Burgos Lockers:

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, as long as the modification or cancellation is made 24 hours before the reservation date. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at info@lockersburgos.com indicating all the reservation data
